Our Staff and Directors at Bilton Solutions come with an armoury of industry knowledge and experience in compliance, facilities management that we are too proud of not to share.
Founded in December 1999 by two partners, Bill and Tony, Bilton Solutions Ltd was born. When we began we predominantly did fabric maintenance, and mostly media industry as well as general refurbishment works. In 2002 Paul joined us and was made Managing Director in 2011. Steve joined us 2021 and since then we've grown and diversified to where we are today. We now offer a range of services such as Storage, PPM's, Fire Stopping, Bilton MEP and much much more.
Meet the Team
Paul has been at Bilton Solutions since 2002 starting as contracts Manager and became director in 2011. Paul specialises in facilities services and our resident CAD Wizard! In his spare time Paul plays golf, likes to take the grandkids out for the day and cook for the whole family.
John Leslie MIET
John joined the team at Bilton Solutions in 2020 and brings with him over 25 years of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health experience. He is also a proud member of the IET. In his spare time John enjoys spending quality time with his family, a Saturday at the football and watching the cricket and rugby.
Dan joined the Bilton team in 2011 after starting his career in office furniture installation, this gives him a keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure. Becoming a Director in 2021 he manages all aspects of our dilapidations, reactive maintenance, the refurbishments of commercial units for one of London's leading companies in commercial property leasing. Dan loves a Sunday on the sofa with his family and watching Formula 1 on the big screen!
Steve joined us a Director in 2019 after a long career working at one of the UK's largest media companies specialising in facilities and property management. Steve brings experience including but not limitied to, CAD, health and safety management, design, installation and relocations. Steve is a keen runner, park run volunteer and cyclist.
Ryan has been involved with the delivery of construction and engineering projects for over 17 years with the majority of his time spent on site. The main focus throughout this period has
been on predominantly planning in the contracting world both from a general contractor and a subcontractor perspective. His career has evolved from an assistant planner right through to a senior planning leading both tenders and cradle to grave planning on live projects for some of the UKs leading construction firms.
Purchasing Account Manager
Kate joined Bilton Solutions in 2022 and bought with her 15 years of finance experience. Kate has a keen eye for detail and knows her way round a variety of software packages including Sage and Xero. Kate enjoys doing activities with her kids, socialising with her friends and trips to the gym.
