Our team are able to design, install and maintain electrical systems, including server rooms, UPS and generators, fire suppression, fire alarm and security systems.
When it comes to lease expiry and planning your exit, we are able to help with your dilapidation strategy. We have managed several dilapidation projects and can assist you in fulfilling your lease obligations.
We provide a variety of FM services to clients, ranging from on call handyman services to providing site based staff to carryout maintenance and day to day management duties. Our team have many years of experience, working both client side and as a service provider.
